Evaluation of crisis management based on the seven principles of resilience engineering in selected hospitals affiliated to Yazd University of Medical Sciences in 2021

Introduction: The use of resilience engineering principles is a commonly used method for the assessment crisis management in hospitals as part health system. present study aimed to evaluate based on seven selected affiliated Yazd University Medical Sciences 2021. Methods: In this study, evaluation questionnaire was used. reliability and validity were confirmed by Azadian et al. previous study. required data collected from administrative clinical managers nurses. mean score obtained, making it possible compare all three (Shahid Sadoughi, Afshar, Shahid Rahnamoun) Yazd. Findings: determined, overall each hospital determined. scores calculated at 136.53, 135.23, 132.07 out total 220 Rahnamoun, Afshar hospitals. Nonetheless, flexibility preparedness components some below 0.6 score. Conclusion: situation evaluated be good level.
